I’m Roxana from Guatemala City, 27 years, journalism student, film critic and a beginner writer. I’m sort of eccentric, with very different tastes to the point considered it rare, a little bit mad, antisocial, solitary, also open mind, hard to impress, loyal, positive, fun and at the same time isolated.

I love all kinds of arts: photography, drawing, painting, music but mostly the cinema since I was five. I also like archeology, history and astronomy, I am interested in research, the use of weapons, combat arts, acting, extreme sports and caving. My biggest obsession is my only one EWAN McGREGOR (for reasons beyond of his looks, work and talent) since I saw him for the first time in 1999 with that sexy Jedi knight hair cut, but such idol deserves a page own to talk about him.

My musical tastes started from those classic of 70s and 80s to singles like Madness of MUSE, 2012. I listen rock of all kinds, but British Rock is my favorite, my other genres are ballads, electronic, trance, jazz, instrumental music and some pop and R & B tracks. Movies definitely of all genres (my list is long). As for my book genres are drama, science fiction, mystery, and romantic literature. My favorite authors are Jane Austen, William Blake, Charlotte Brontë and Jules Verne.

My favorite places are the United Kingdom (especially this place), Egypt and Cambodia. Love for bikes and travel, like sunsets and rainy days, my time is not morning is the night, enjoy long walks, good food and good chats. My slogan is:

I hate agendas in life and at work, I get up every morning with no expectations of how it will end my day, I try to live every moment to experience new things. Prone to boredom, contempt to banalities, callous people, cynical, shallow and conceited. Honest, few friends, tomboy, interested in men older than me, whose likes wine and whiskey. Bad cooker, with numbers and as a hostess. I love tattoos, dogs and children. A passionate romantic hidden newly free spirit and adventurer, curious about the unknown, willing to learn a little of everything trying find my place, my direction, my passion in life because “life has not been made to understand it, but to live it, no matter where it takes you”.
